Making an Appointment:

Our holistic health practitioners are available by appointment. Please stop by or call office at 202-333-7025 to schedule an appointment. Or you may email us at admin@tulsiliving.com.  If you need help determining which service is most suited to your specific health needs, please feel free to contact our office and ask to speak with a health care professional, who can help you.

Arriving for your Appointment:

For your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes early so that you have sufficient time to complete intake forms. For follow-up appointments please arrive on time. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments as the end time will remain the same. Delays of over 15 minutes will be considered a missed appointment.

Tulsi Holistic Living Policies:

Payment Policy - For your initial appointment we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and for our 48 hour cancellation & re-scheduling policy. You may use the credit card on file or another form of payment (cash, check or Visa/Master Card) when checking-out. Payment is due at the time of service.

Discounted Packages –Discounted packages are available - $5 off each treatment for a package of 5 and $10 off each treatment for a package of 10. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy -In an effort to provide you with professional and personalized holistic health care, our practitioners reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Please provide us with a minimum 48 hour notification if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. We have a strict cancellation fee of 50% of service fee for late cancellations & missed appointments that will be charged to your credit card on file. Read Policy.
