The treatments employ a range of holistic healing modalities to facilitate healing on all levels of the body - physical, mental and emotional. The goal of the bodywork treatments is to stimulate the body's detoxification systems, boost circulation, balance energy meridians, reflex organ points, enhance deep relaxation & balance, promote metabolism & rejuvenation, and minimize the negative effects of stress and anxiety.
Therapeutic Bodywork treatments are an integral part of any holistic health care program. Therapeutic Bodywork incorporates a wide range of modalities - Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Neuro-Muscular, Aromatherapy - to increase healthy body awareness while addressing underlying systemic imbalances in the neuro-hormonal and muscular-skeletal systems. Each bodywork session

PRENATAL & FERTILITY BODYWORK

A certified pre-natal massage therapist is knowledgeable about all stages of pregnancy and post-partum health and can help relieve muscle cramps, spasms, and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs; increase blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling; reduce stress on weight-bearing joints; and improve outcome of labor and ease labor pain. In addition, our Licensed Massage Therapists have advanced training in fertility massage, which can help clients through all stages of fertility treatment as well as natural conception. more

Raindrop Therapy combines the science of aromatherapy with bodywork and energy healing techniques to restore balance, health & vitality to all systems of the body. Nine therapeutic grade essential oils (selected for their immune boosting and anti-inflammatory properties) are applied
along the spine in combination with massage, acupressure, reflexology and stretching techniques.

ACUPRESSURE

The goal of acupressure (and acupuncture) is to release blocked energy by stimulating specific
points--called acupoints--along the body's 14 primary meridians, or energy channels. Pressing
firmly and steadily on the proper acupoints can promote energy flow to a part of the body that is experiencing discomfort, enabling it to heal itself more readily. While acupuncture involves stimulation with needles, acupressure typically uses only the practitioner's hands to restore the balance of qi. Combined with gentle Shiatsu stretches an Acupressure session creates a powerful opportunity

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Massage is a combination of acupressure, massage and assisted yoga stretches. Performed on a Thai Yoga Mat, the practitioner uses hand and finger pressure along the body's energy channels to restore and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. Further, she uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. The session includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body while encouraging deep breathing, relaxation and release. The client wears comfortable yoga clothing and receives the treatment on a massage table or mat on the floor.more

Reflexology is a healing technique that applies pressure to reflex points on the hands and feet that are known to correspond to every part, organ and gland in the body. By doing so, reflexology is known to stimulate nerve pathways; enhance energy pathways; open up circulatory and lymphatic pathways; release endorphins to reduce pain; enhance muscle relaxation; and bring about deep relaxation. Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch, the practitioner releases restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system and associated musculo-skeletal structure. The word Reiki is Japanese for spiritually guided life force energy (Rei for "God's Wisdom” and Ki for "life force energy"). It is based on the theory that there is a "life force energy" that flows through us and its quality determines our state of health and well-being. Reiki heals by flowing through our energy body and clearing out negative energy blockages while bringing in a higher frequency, positive energy. This raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts/feelings are attached and allows positive healing to occur. more
DETOXIFICATION THERAPIES
Our Detoxification Therapies include a variety of hands-on therapeutic bodywork techniques.
The goal of the treatments is to stimulate the cells, tissues and organs to release trapped toxins that accumulate in the body due to poor eating habits, unhealthy lifestyle choices, lack of hydration, fatigue/low vitality and poor circulation due to lack of movement. The detoxification treatments also promote circulation and lymphatic drainage in order to support the body in eliminating these released toxins through the body’s cleansing organs, primarily the skin, kidneys and colon.
