ABOUT TULSI

 Herbal Apothecary

About Deep Green Apothecary:

Herbs were some of the first medicines known to man, and apothecaries were the places where these herbs were traditionally dispensed. The Deep Green Apothecary, a modern day tribute to the roots of herbal medicine, is run by Tulsi's Master Herbalists, Ashley Litecky and Elyse Williams. On the shelves of our apothecary you will find high quality herbal medicines selected for their active medicinal properties. Whenever possible, the Deep Green Apothecary sources their herbs from local, organic and ethically wild-crafted herbal suppliers. As a result of our careful selection process, we carry fresh, globally sustainable and affordable medicines. We are committed to carrying the highest quality herbal medicines to support our clients' health and the health of our planet.

The Deep Green Apothecary carries loose herbs (flower/leaf/roots), extracts, powders, and aroma-therapeutic Spirit Sprays. Customized blends are available by consultation.

Herbal Consultations:

Our clinical herbalists work with clients to assess underlying energetic and constitutional patterns that may be causing symptoms in the body. They work by combining ancient traditional healing models of herbal medicine with modern pharmacological and physiological understanding of the body. Through unique assessment tools including Ayurvedic pulse reading, constitution typing, and tongue analysis, the herbalist takes the time to listen to your health history and finds plants that will "nudge" your body back to a state of balance. After your consultation you will receive a customized herbal blend, and a list of detailed personalized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.
