Meredith offers Intuitive Counseling Sessions (or Readings) in which she helps examine the energy that is present in your life now and discusses creative and practical options for how you might align your day-to-day experiences with your heart's desires and soul's purpose. Meredith helps you recognize your life lessons and talents, as well as blocks such as limiting beliefs and how to remove them. Specific questions about relationships, career, health, spirituality, intuition, finances and others are discussed with attention on effective ways to empower you to create what you want and need in your life. Meredith also provides readings that focus on balancing chakras, integrating past lives, health and healing, and relationships.

Everyone has the perfect intuition, the natural guiding system for themselves. Spiritual Mentoring is designed to teach you how to reconnect with your own unique way of intuiting and strengthen it so it guides you wisely to all you need. You will learn: how you receive intuitions; learn the 3 steps in the process of developing intuition; how to ask intuitive questions (the dynamics of not knowing and the active/passive dynamics of receiving messages); how to access what is true for now; how to access more clarity and detail; how to interpret your intuitions; how to dialog with different aspects of yourself and your True Essence; learn a simple yet extraordinary technique to get thought and emotional blocks out of the way, and help you learn the difference between what is a thought, fear, desire or intuition.
Meredith also offers energy healing sessions (past life regression, soul retrieval, chakra balancing and energy clearing) as part of the above services. |
