INSTRUCTOR: Brigitte Pichot

Brigitte Pichot, MA, has over 25 years of experience in Yoga and Zen Meditation. A student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Brigitte is an Internationally Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. By bringing her joy, compassion, and calmness to her teaching, Brigitte creates a welcoming & relaxing environment. In her classes, Brigitte successfully combines the practices of Qi Gong, yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, inspirational messages, and the experiential process to help her students gain a better knowledge of themselves, better manage stress in their lives, and learn to appreciate the importance of being in the present moment.

MEDITATION CLASS FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress is the physical, emotional or psychological strain we experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment. Using the practices of Qi Gong, yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and the experiential process, we will learn to release stress and how to stay centered and calm in the midst of difficult and stressful situations. This class is ideal for anyone seeking more peace and balance in their lives, or for those struggling with daily stress and other anxiety related issues.

MEDITATION CLASS FOR MINDFUL EATING

Make the act of eating a pleasure that automatically brings you greater Health, Peace, and Joy. Using the techniques of deep breathing, Qi Gong and yoga exercises, we will release the stress accumulated during the day. We will then deepen our relationship with food by eating mindfully in silence. Mindful Eating give us tools to free ourselves from food obsessions, cravings, and under- or over-eating.
