What is Usui Reiki?
Reiki (ray-key), meaning 'Universal Life Force Energy," is an ancient eastern technique for enlightenment and healing. It is the creative energy of life that is within us, in all living things and all around us. Learn to use this powerful hands-on technique for healing, balancing and integrating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
All 3 classes, which must be taken in order, include:
Reiki benefits and uses
Energy medicine, chakras, working with energy fields
Attunement to Usui Reiki energy
Feeling, visualizing and sensing energy
Visualizations and meditation
Discussion & sharing of experience
Giving and receiving Reiki energy
Basic ethics of energy work
Focus on BEing Reiki, not just DOing Reiki
Manual for reference and continued practice
Reiki Certificate (1st Degree, 2nd Degree, 3rd Degree)
Usui Reiki Attunements:
Usui Reiki Level 1
1 day class; Fee $195
Focus: benefits, uses and history of Reiki; sensing energy; basic energy medicine and working with chakras; grounding; giving Reiki to yourself and others.
Usui Reiki Level 2
1 day class; Fee $195
Focus: intermediate energy medicine and working with chakras; balancing your own energy body; refining your ability to sense energy; giving Reiki at a distance; keeping your energy protected and clear.
Usui Reiki Level 3, Master
1 day class; Fee $195
Focus: more advanced energy medicine and working with chakras and different energy fields; refining your ability to sense and communicate energy; continuing to integrate and expand your own energy; being Reiki in all your life; teaching Reiki to others.
Attunement to Reiki & What to Expect:
As part of the experience you will be attuned to Reiki energy (different energy each level) which will shift your energy and raise your vibration. Personal experiences with attunements vary, but can include an increase in psychic sensitivity, a change in seeing or sensing energy, a feeling of warmth or tingly in the hands or other parts of the body, a greater sense of peace and well-being. The energy will integrate into your being over the following months as you practice. It is a peaceful and powerful experience.
You do not need to be (or plan to be) a healer to take this class. We are all healers of our own body. The skills may be used on yourself, and also for family, friends or clients.
All classes are experiential; you will give and receive Reiki. Please drink plenty of water the week prior to class. Please wear comfortable clothing.

This Program is taught over 6 evenings from 6pm to 9pm. Classes start promptly at 6pm; registration starts at 5:30pm. Please wear comfortable clothing.

| CERTIFICATION: |
For a Certificate of Completion from Tulsi Holistic Living students need to:
attend all three levels of the course; levels may be attended in any
order
complete homework (5 case studies) for each level and submit to
instructor.

| REGISTRATION: |
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Please note that we keep our classes small (maximum 12 students) to
promote class participation and individualized attention. For this
reason, please make sure your register in advance to hold your
space.
To register for classes you will need to complete a registration form
and make a class deposit.
You may complete the Registration Form over the phone (202-332-
3501), by fax (202-332-3503), mail (1642 R Street, NW, Washington,
DC 20009) or in person.
PAYMENT POLICY
To complete class registration and hold your space we require a $50
deposit for each class. The deposit is non-refundable and non-
transferable (for any reason).
The balance paymentfor the class is due 1 week prior to class date.
The balance class fee is non-refundablebut may be transferred to
another class in case of an emergency.
We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
CANCELATION POLICY
Student Cancellation: In the case that you cannot attend a class you
have registered for, you will lose your deposit and class fee. Only in
cases of an emergency can the class fee (NOT deposit) be transferred
to another class within 6 months of the original class date.
Class Cancellation: In the case that we do not meet the minimum
number of students the class maybe cancelled by the instructor. The
full student deposit & fee will be refunded by check. In the case of
inclement weather or other emergencies, the class will be rescheduled.
If the student is unable to attend the new date, the full deposit & fee
will be refunded. |
