2. PERSONAL GROWTH CLASSES

BELLY DANCING CLASSES
In a fun and creative class series Rachel Kaufman (Rakhel) teaches the movements essential to the ancient art of belly dance. Students begin to build the muscle strength, coordination and flexibility necessary for this dance form, and will begin to learn about Middle Eastern music and rhythms.

Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00pm; starts April 24
$18/class (6 week package); $20 drop-in

MEDITATION & YOGA CLASSES

ACUPUNCTURE Q&A     
Sadie Minkoff and Michelle Schreiber, Licensed Acupuncturists, Master Herbalists and National Diplomates in Oriental Medicine host an hour of Q&A each month to discus acupuncture and answer your questions. This session is free and open to anyone interested in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Monday evenings.

EAT WELL, BE WELL – NUTRITION SEMINARS    
Christina Giallourakis and Saagar Thakkar bring to life the healing powers of food. Reviewing the main food groups, they highlight power foods versus the empty foods, giving you the tools to reclaim your health and kitchen. $40/class (4 week package); $45 drop-in. Tuesday evenings.

HEALING POWER OF CRYSTALS 
Tracy Schwab, Reiki Master (Usui, Mahatma & Karuna) and Teacher hosts a series of hands-on workshops on the healing power of crystals. This class is open to anyone interested in learning more about crystals for their personal or professional growth. Saturday class.
