Mayuri Sobti – NATUROPATHY, DETOXIFICATION, NUTRITION

Mayuri is a Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Nutritional Consultant. Her focus is on identifying and treating the underlying causes of health imbalances by using nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, detoxification therapies, therapeutic bodywork and energetic balancing. Mayuri is a general practitioner, who specializes in anxiety disorders, energy/immune weakness, weight imbalances and digestive health issues.

Nicole Mires – ACUPUNCTURE, CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE, TUINA (CHINESE MEDICAL MASSAGE)

Nicole is a licensed acupuncturist in Washington, DC & Board Certified by the NCCAOM. She studied at the Maryland Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine and Rainstar University in Scottsdale, Arizona. She uses TCM techniques (acupuncture & Chinese herbs) to treat a wide range of ailments, specializing in anxiety disorders/depression & pain management.

Dawit Asseffa – ACUPUNCTURE, CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE, TONG REN (ENERGY HEALING)

Dawit Assefa is a licensed acupuncturist, trained in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Therapy and Asian Bodywork from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin in Austin, TX. He incorporates Tong Ren Therapy (a powerful energy healing technique) and other bodywork modalities in his treatment sessions. His specialty areas include cancer support, immune health and anxiety related disorders.

Rebecca Haines – CERTIFIED NUTRITIONAL CONSULTANT

Rebecca is a Certified Nutritional Consultant through the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. She offers Holistic Nutrition consultations with a focus on the holistic and preventative principles of health. She incorporates a variety of strategies – alkalizing diets, food combination, allergy elimination, raw foods – to tailor the dietary recommendations for each client.

Meredith Self – INTUITIVE READINGS, SPIRITUAL COUNSELING

Meredith is a spirited intuitive consultant, teacher, healer and author committed to nurturing the natural intuitive wisdom we all have and can learn to use consciously. She offers Intuitive Readings and Spiritual Mentoring sessions. She incorporates energy healing, past life-regression, soul retrieval, chakra balancing & energy clearing into her sessions.

Stacy McMahon - HYPNOTHERAPY

Stacy is certified as a Clinical HypnoTherapist having trained at the Hypnosis Institute of Northern Virginia. She is also certified through the National Guild of Hypnotists. Through her sessions, Stacy provides her clients with tools to create new thought patterns and behaviors long resisted in their fully conscious state. She sees positive changes in physical, mental and emotional patterns.

Mayuri is a Nationally Certified Reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board. She offers bodywork sessions that incorporate reflexology, acupressure & energy work for balancing the underlying systemic imbalances that manifest as dis-ease in the body. Her clients often report significant health improvement is a few sessions.

Dale Cunnigham, ND - ACUPRESSURE, INTUITIVE/ENERGY MEDICINE

Dale is a Naturopath and Medical Intuitive. She combines Bodywork and Energy Healing into her sessions to create a powerful opportunity for the body to heal and re-balance itself. Dale uses acupressure, essential oils and Diamond Healing energy with her Medical Intuitive skills to get to the root cause of health imbalances and helps release, rebalance and heal.

Deirdre Ottengren - HERBAL BODYWRAPS, EAR CANDLING, Q2, REFLEXOLOGY

Deirdre is a Detoxification Specialist offering Therapeutic Body Wrap Treatments using a combination of aloe vera, herbs, sea weed, clay and other natural remedies to customize the body wrap to each individuals specific needs. She also offers Ear Candling and Water Detoxification (Q2) Therapy. Deirdre is a Reflexology apprentice and incorporates hand and foot reflexology into her sessions.


Jessica White - DEEP-TISSUE, SWEDISH, NEURO-MUSCULAR, PRE-NATAL

Jessica is a licensed massage therapist offering Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Relaxation & Stress Alleviation Bodywork, Hot Stone Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy & Aroma-therapeutic bodywork. She specializes in chronic stress ailments, pain management and injuries. Jessica is certified in pre-natal massage and works extensively with fertility and women’s health issues.

Jenn Dragstra - DEEP-TISSUE, SWEDISH, HOT-STONE, RAINDROP THERAPY

Jenn is a licensed massage therapist offering Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy & Aromatherapy bodywork. She offers body scrubbing/toning treatments and targeted body wraps for detoxification and lymphatic health. Jenn specializes in Raindrop Therapy for detoxification, immune-enhancement, spinal health and emotional/energetic balancing.

Laura Kowalski - CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY

Laura is a Cranial Sacral therapist who combines this deeply effective yet gentle work with energy work. A Certified Massage Therapist and Watsu practitioner, Laura has been practicing Cranial Sacral therapy since 1997. She brings lightness, fluidity, and deep knowledge into her sessions as she combines her intuition with her experience.

Carole Dean - MASSAGE APPRENTICE, REFLEXOLOGY APPRENTICE

Carole is a licensed massage therapist offering Deep Tissue and Swedish Bodywork. She works as an Apprentice while learning advanced Massage skills and incorporating Essential Oils and Hot Stones into her treatments. Carole is also a Reflexology Apprentice. She specializes in helping clients with chronic, work- and stress-related physiological and emotional tension.
