60min Reflexology with Apprentice: $65 (reg. $75)

Reflexology is a healing technique that applies pressure to reflex points on the hands and feet that are known to correspond to every part, organ and gland in the body. By doing so, reflexology is known to stimulate nerve pathways; enhance energy pathways; open up circulatory and lymphatic pathways; release endorphins to reduce pain; enhance muscle relaxation; and bring about deep relaxation.
